Cary Austin is an accomplished guitarist, singer and song writer. Some of his musical influences include James Taylor, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Buffet, The Eagles, and the list goes on and on and is most eclectic indeed!

"I like most music, and I play what I like," is Cary's reply when asking him what type of music he plays. "I play 50s to 90s music. This allows me to be very flexible with the audience", he adds.

DIGGIN' RHYTHM & BRASS is an energetic, exciting and versatile musical entertainment group, delivering an up-beat rhythm and blues - funk, pop, and rock performance, with an awesome horn section, that pulls audiences off their  seats and onto their feet. This 9-piece (also a 12-piece DIGGIN' RHYTHM & BRASS GRANDE  and 4 piece DreamScape show) show band performs equally well in concerts or nightclubs, or for corporate, conventions, weddings, and special events.

She and the artists with whom she performs have developed a wide range of expressions which include an imaginative method of infusing fresh new ideas into traditional and contemporary styles. Occasionally she inserts her own original material.

An action-packed exciting stage act geared to the listener as well as the dancer, FATS LEWIS is a 30-year veteran who has played with many greats including The Drifters, The Clovers, Little Anthony & the Imperials, Nancy Wilson and Fats Domino.  Called "The Gangster of the Blues," Fats has taken music from R&B to Jazz to another level.  His backing are some of the best musicians in the state of Florida. The band was featured at the Jacksonville Jazz Festival in 1996 and has played many other festivals and special events.

Gosia & Ali is a duo-based musical group that features flute, guitar & vocals for just about any functions that could use some entertainment. The duo's repertoire includes (but not limited to) Jazz (traditional & modern), Rock, R & B, Latin, Island, Big Band, etc. They are available as an acoustic duo, duo with computer-based accompaniment, trios, quartets, Big Band, and Island Band (with Steel Drums); singing in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian, and Polish. They can also supply classical music for wedding ceremonies. References are available upon request.

The Hipp Street 6 is a favorite for weddings and social events where venue size and presentation is of equal importance. Our female vocalist adds just the right touch to complement our sound and add even more versatility.

Simply stated, we are Jacksonville's most exciting and up and coming musical ensemble! We all live within the Jacksonville, FL city limits ... but our backgrounds are diverse. Our claim to fame is that although we focus on classic Latin American music, we can play just about anything out there!  Originally a group of 4 (thus the Quartet in our original name), we have permanently grown by one, and on occasion have 6 or more players.

Richard Stratton was born in Westfield, NJ but grew up in Atlanta, GA starting age nine. That’s when he began playing the guitar. He studied music at the University of Georgia, where he received his bachelor’s (1980, cum laude) and master’s degrees (1981) in music composition. He attended the doctoral program in music composition at the University of Iowa 1981-1984.
